KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DITINJAU DARI KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA
ORGANISASI, DAN KEPERCAYAAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract: The current study utilized causal technique of survey method and path analysis. The research analyzed the influence of one variable to another, both direct and indirect influence on the endogenous variables. The samples were 65 principals of Education Department in Jagakarsa district South Jakarta. The results suggested that there was direct influence of (1) the leadership on the trust at work, (2) the work cultures on the trust at work, (3) the leadership styles on the
organizational commitment, (4) the work cultures on the organizational commitment, and the trust at work on the organizational commitment. The results of the study also suggested that leadership styles had indirect influence on the organizational commitment through the trust at work and the work cultures had indirect influence on the organizational commitment through the
trust at work.
